Delivery mishap. I have given 3 stars because you didn't deliver the flowers on the day they were ordered(Friday), even though I ordered them early enough. On the plus side you did call to tell me and advised why, and assured me they would be delivered on the Monday. We were very disappointed as we wanted Helen to have something nice to look at as she has been through a lot and will spend 6-8 weeks in hospital. I thought you could have offered some sort of compensation for your error. Helen loved the flowers, they were beautiful, thank you. Order ref: 420623
